It’s national beer day, but we wanted in on the fun, so we’ve crafted a unique cocktail with whisky and your favourite beer lager.
Signal Hill Lager Cocktail
1 ½ oz. | 45 ml Signal Hill Whisky
½ oz. | 15 ml Maple Syrup
½ oz. | 15 ml Fresh Lime Juice
5 oz. | 145 ml Grenadier Lager
Fresh Thyme
How To:
Add Signal Hill Whisky, maple syrup, lime juice and thyme into a cocktail shaker and gently muddle. Add ice and shake vigorously. Double strainf into a collins glass with ice and top with 5 oz. | 145 ml of lager. Garnish with a lemon wheel and edible flowers.
