* Strawberry Syrup: combine equal parts strawberries, sugar, and water in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil and let simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour into a jar and muddle the strawberries into the liquid. Finely strain until smooth. Seal jar and place in the fridge until ready to use.
The How To:
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Remove ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled Nick and Nora glass. Garnish with a strawberry fan and mint crown.
