The Goods:
2 oz. Signal Hill Whisky
½ oz. Fresh Lime Juice
3 Dashes Tabasco
6 Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
Fresh Cracked Salt & Pepper
Muddled Basil (4-5 Leaves)
The How To:
Rim a Collins glass with seasoning salt and set aside. Muddle ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake on ice. Strain into your Collins glass with fresh ice. Top with Mott’s Clamato Reserve and garnish with fresh basil, olive skewer and lime wheel.
