1 ½ oz. | 45ml Signal Hill Whisky
2 oz. | 60ml Pineapple Juice
½ oz. | 15ml Aperol
½ oz. | 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
The How To:
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Strain into a highball glass with ice. Garnish with pineapple leaves and a dehydrated lime wheel.
