The Goods:
2 oz. | 60ml Signal Hill Whisky
1/3 oz. | 10ml Cinnamon Syrup*
1/16 oz | 5ml Apple Juice
*Cinnamon Syrup: Combine equal parts water and sugar into a sauce pan with a cinnamon stick and heat gently.
The How To:
Add all ingredients into a mixing glass with ice and stir. Pour over ice in a rocks glass and garnish with lemon zest and an apple slice.
